Hey!We've decided we're going to take on a couple of new moderators.If you're interested, and meet the below criteria as well as our ethos, reply with your interest and why you want to become a moderator and we'll consider you.This is a general moderator duty position and no CSS or previous moderator experience is required.The criteriaAccount age older than 1 year.Be an active submitter of Original Content in /r/SkyPorn or other related network subreddit.Not be already moderating a very large or default subreddit.Be willing to donate a couple hours of your week to answering community mail and checking every single post not already checked by another mod, to see if it is suitable.The SFWPorn Network EthosWe in the SFWPorn Network are not like most mods. We pride ourselves on openness. We believe moderators should not hide from the community and should be accountable to it. This is why all moderator discussions on rules, regulations, admissions to the network or anything else, including votes on these topics, are held in our publicly accessible subreddit /r/PornOverlords. We do not have a private internal subreddit, all discussions are public, and the public are free to take part in them (although only network moderators can vote).Every post that gets posted to each network subreddit is reviewed by a moderator. We work primarily from the unmoderated queue. Every post that meets our rules is approved.
